International Cargo and Aviation Services (ICAS) is a ground handling company in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It handles passengers, ramp and cargo, and it also offers customs clearing and door to door delivery. The head office is in the Nani Building near Addis Stadium.

Passenger handling covers passenger services at the airport. Ramp handling and cargo handling cover dry cargo and perishable cargo. The site says ICAS offers full ground handling and aims to exceed customer expectations with reliable operations.

ICAS runs an airport bonded warehouse and cargo de consolidation services. It says its direct trader input system lets businesses work directly with the customs authority, which helps avoid queues when clearing imported cargo. The site also lists transit and customs clearing services.

ICAS offers self-insured door to door delivery, courier and baggage storage, and limousines for VIP and CIP special handling. Its trucks include covered medium capacity trucks that move cargo safely in any weather, a self propelled lift crane truck and a temperature controlled truck for pharmaceuticals.

The site says ICAS began ground handling in the early 1990s, after Ethiopia moved toward a market economy. It says the company became the first alternative ground handling service after the Ethiopian Airlines cargo terminal opened in October 2005.
