Pilot recruitment covers roles on types such as the A220, A320, A330, A350, B737, B777 and B787. The company also offers cabin crew training and leasing, and executive search for aviation roles.

Crew leasing is a core service. Under its managed crew leasing model, flight crews are contracted directly to IAC Global, which manages the HR lifecycle, payroll and risk. The airline pays a predictable monthly unit charge.

The company also offers aviation consultancy. Its services include AOC acquisition and regulatory strategy for new and expanding airlines, international ferry flights with qualified ferry crews, and operational and safety audits.

IAC Global says it was the first agency to offer Loss of Licence and Loss of Income insurance to its flight crew. It also provides aviation insurance for expatriate pilots, including income protection and expat medical cover. Its operations centre is available 24 hours a day.

The company has a long history with airlines in Asia and the Pacific. It says it has supported Fiji Airways for 30 years and now provides over 75 percent of that airline's expatriate flight crew. It was also the first agency to provide long term flight crew in China, for Hainan Airlines in 2000.
