For patients who can travel on commercial airlines, Fox Flight provides medical escort services. Certified escorts carry portable oxygen concentrators and advanced life support supplies. The company also arranges commercial stretcher configurations for patients who need to remain lying flat. Dispatch staff coordinate medical clearances and equipment with airline personnel.
