About FlightPath International

FlightPath International is an aviation training company based in Ontario, Canada. It was founded in 2003. It provides training and operational support to commercial airlines worldwide. The site says it works with 150 operators in 60 countries.

Its training range is wide. Courses cover technical staff, pilots, multi-crew pilot licensing, cabin crew and dispatchers. There are also crew resource management courses and e-learning. Aircraft types named include Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer. A cadet program for training from scratch, called ab initio, is now open.

The company says it signed an exclusive OEM agreement with Bombardier Aerospace. Under it, FlightPath gives factory training on the CRJ Series and its business jet versions. OEM means original equipment manufacturer.

The main idea is that the instructors travel to the client. FlightPath says this lowers training costs without lowering quality. Its instructors are active flying training captains with the right type ratings. A type rating is a license to fly a certain aircraft model. Courses meet FAA training rules.

For technical training, the site promises management with experience and instructors who know the aircraft type. These courses suit an approved maintenance organization, also called an AMO. FlightPath can also supply training captains, captains, first officers, technicians and flight attendants to support daily airline flying. It offers help and advice to flight departments.

Cabin crew training is personal and held in-house. The site says its syllabus protocols come from thousands of hours of experience.

Two news items show partnerships. In January 2022 FlightPath signed an agreement with Star Navigation Systems Group of Brampton, Ontario. In November 2019 an alliance launched in Malta with Aerospace Service Group, joining three training groups to offer one training solution for airline crews. The company has a training center in Toronto and a corporate office in Alliston, Ontario. The website groups its pages into crew resource management, pilot, technical, flight operations and e-learning sections. It also shares comments from a regional airline president, a chief pilot and a student.
