Cirrus 3D Prints
3D printed Starlink mounts and accessories for the Cirrus SR20 and SR22, made in Texas

About Cirrus 3D Prints
- Cirrus specialistCirrus-focused company, not an authorized service center
Cirrus 3D Prints is an independent accessory maker in Texas that designs and 3D prints aftermarket accessories for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 and SR22T. It is not part of Cirrus Aircraft. The company was started by a Cirrus SR22 owner and private pilot who wanted a clean way to mount a Starlink Mini in his own aircraft; the first mount became a product and the range has grown from there. Everything is printed in-house and, according to the site, fitted and tested in the owner's SR22 before it is sold.
Products
- Starlink Mount V3: a removable Starlink Mini mount for the SR20 and SR22 baggage compartment. It clamps onto the upper luggage bracket with a bolt through the bracket's existing open hole, a 6061-T6 aluminium plate carries the load and carbon fibre legs brace against the baggage floor. No drilling, the luggage net stays in place and the rear window sightline is kept. Direct fit on G5, G6, G7 and G7+, G3 with brackets. Weight 1.66 lb. Listed at US$249.99.
- Headset holder for the SR20 and SR22 G3 to G6: slides onto the front seat grab handles and holds two headsets, no tools needed. Listed at US$59.99.
- Power outlet box: a velcro-mounted enclosure for a Starlink Mini power outlet, printed for either a Lonestar 28 V cigarette receptacle or a True Blue Power MAX Power USB-C charger; the receptacle itself is bought separately. Listed at US$39.99.
- Molded tube supports, a spinner protector, paint protection film for the nose wheel pant and tow bar, and a Bose headset controller mount.
- Custom work: send a scan or a description of the problem and the shop designs the accessory.

How the parts are made
Accessories are 3D scanned from real Cirrus airframes rather than modelled from drawings, designed around existing hook points and handles so nothing is drilled or glued, and printed in a filament rated above 210 F deflection for hot cockpits. Where a part carries load, the load path is aluminium. The site says more than 400 mounts are flying in SR20, SR22 and SR22T aircraft today. Orders ship in one to two business days and the company replaces any accessory that does not fit or arrives damaged.
Cirrus
The company makes accessories only for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 and SR22T, G3 through G7+, with different geometry where a generation needs it. Its site is clear about what the parts are: non-structural aftermarket accessories for mounting and storing portable equipment. Cirrus 3D Prints does not present them as FAA-approved, PMA, STC, TSO or OEM-approved aircraft components, and compatibility with an aircraft does not mean approval by Cirrus Aircraft. The owner, operator and pilot in command decide whether an accessory is appropriate for their aircraft and operation.
Contact
Fitment questions go through the site's contact form; the shop asks for the model, generation and a photo of the mount point.
