axldrone is an Indian drone company with its headquarters in Kochi, Kerala. It designs and builds drones, drone parts and software for industry. The company says it has more than ten years of experience in technology work. It started in software and moved on to hardware such as RFID systems, GNSS devices, drones, remote controls and IoT products.

The drone line includes the axl Peregrine, a carbon fibre quadcopter airframe. It also includes the F400 and the axl 30. These are sold for inspections, mapping, surveillance and other aerial work. The site has buy buttons for the drones.

The company also sells drone components. These include GNSS receivers, batteries, flight controllers and radio controllers. For software, it offers the Viman app and the Aakash platform, which plan, monitor and improve drone missions.

axldrone says it builds each layer of its own stack, from flight controllers and GNSS modules to its own operating system. Customers named on the site include a Tata Group logistics firm, TKM Logistics, which used the team for tracking and live drone video while moving a very heavy ball mill unit across more than 2,200 kilometres. Another case study covers a long range surveillance UAV for the Indian Army.

The manufacturing unit is at Kannambra, Palakkad, in Kerala. A global support centre is in Calicut. The company serves defence, industrial, education and farming customers.
