AtoB Transfer

AtoB Transfer is a booking platform for airport taxis, chauffeur rides and transfers. The site lists services for airport taxi transfers, chauffeur services, holiday transfers, intercity taxis, ski transfers and hotel transfers. Most of its listed destinations are in Europe.

The site says prices are fixed and include all fees, day or night. It says there are no hidden fees. Riders can add extras to a ride, such as a baby seat, and can book a chauffeur by the hour.

Riders book online and get a confirmation. They then receive the driver’s details. A live map shows where the driver is before pickup. The site also offers a chat with the driver.

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before pickup. The site says the rider then gets either a voucher of equal value or an 80 percent refund. Bookings can be made in advance or at the last minute.

The site lists airport transfer pages for cities such as London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Belfast, Dublin, Madrid, Barcelona, Prague, Vienna, Athens, Amsterdam and Lisbon.

The site has a partnerships page for business clients, travel agencies and affiliates. It has a help centre that is available around the clock in English. The site says it has served over 6,000 travellers.
