The guy who took us on the tour was very friendly at all times. But during the flight the window lock broke and it didn't close, we had a very bad time at a temperature of 4 degrees holding the window so it wouldn't open, our fingers and hands hurt a lot, we couldn't enjoy the ride because my baby I was frozen by the wind that came in and terrified because I didn't know what was happening. Unfortunately we didn't have a good time and we spent a lot to be able to do that tour, a shame.

Today, Sunday the 20th, the attention was very bad, as we were about to fly, they didn't let us get on because after waiting 4 hours they told us that the flights were until 8:30 p.m. I'm leaving very disappointed 🤬
