Air Panama

Air Panama is an airline in Panama that flies domestic routes. The site says it has more destinations in Panama than any other airline and that its aircraft can land at every destination. Its main page offers flights, check-in and a way to check the status of cargo.

The airline serves places such as Bocas del Toro, Changuinola, Chitre, David, Panama City and Puerto Obaldia. The booking tool also lists San Jose Island. It handles one way, round trip and multi city trips for adults, children and infants.

Air Panama also sells charter flights. The charter page lists four steps. A customer fills in a form, an agent makes contact, the customer confirms and pays, and then the flight takes place. The service is described as suited to families, groups, travel agencies and tour operators. The form lists many origins and destinations in Panama, and the page says the team will quote for places that are not listed. Popular charter destinations include San Jose in Costa Rica, Guna Yala, Isla Contadora and Pedasi.

The charter fleet has three types. The Dash 8 Q400 carries 76 passengers and suits large groups. The Fokker 50 carries 50 passengers and suits medium groups. The Cessna 208B Grand Caravan carries 12 passengers and up to 1,200 kg of cargo, and suits islands and short runways.

Cargo and courier shipping is also sold, and customers can track a shipment by air waybill number. A phone line and a charter contact are shown.
