Aero Club San Rafael

Aero Club San Rafael is an aviation organization based in San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina. The group recently launched its website after a long wait to connect with members and the public online. It maintains active profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to share news, updates, and events with the aviation community.

The club operates an international flight school. It trains students who want to become pilots and offers programs designed for both local and foreign learners. The school provides a contact point in Colombia to assist international students with their enrollment and with any questions.

Introductory flights are available for people who have never flown before. These experiences let passengers fly with a pilot and view the landscapes around San Rafael from the air. The club also runs regular tourist flights that showcase the Mendoza region to visitors and residents.

Recreational flying is part of the club's mission. Members and guests can enjoy leisure flights in the skies over Mendoza province. The organization hosts community events to bring families and children closer to the world of aviation, including special programs that introduce young people to aircraft and flying.

The club offers medical transfer flights for patients who need urgent air transport. This service supports the local health system by moving people who require emergency or specialized care quickly. The organization works to keep these operations safe and reliable.

Safety training is a priority at the club. Members and staff take part in regular fire drills and emergency simulations to practice procedures and improve their response skills. The organization follows established aviation safety rules to protect students, passengers, and crew during all activities.

The club is governed by an elected board with a term running from 2026 to 2028. This leadership structure oversees the flight school, tourist services, medical transfers, and community programs. The group continues to expand its reach through digital tools and public events.
