All pilots attend recurrent training in the USA twice annually to maintain current safety standards. The company developed its helicopter maintenance program jointly with Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia, with daily maintenance conducted in-house by certified Airbus personnel. Advance Aviation formed a joint venture with Universal Weather and Aviation Inc. of Houston for ground handling and trip support services. Flight attendants undergo intensive safety training parallel to commercial airline standards.
