The price depends on the route, the dates, the season and where the aircraft has to come from. A full charter costs more than an empty leg, because you pay for the flight back too.

The Legacy 600 is a large jet from Embraer, based on the ERJ 135 regional airliner. It carries 13 passengers in three cabin zones and flies about 3,400 nautical miles. Jetcraft counts 175 built, from 2002 to 2015.
Embraer showed the jet at the Farnborough Airshow in 2000 as the Legacy 2000. The name Legacy 600 came in 2005. The second prototype, with the extra fuel tanks, first flew on 31 March 2001. JAA certification came in August 2002, and the FAA followed soon after.
Compared with the airliner, the Legacy has extra fuel tanks in the tail and ahead of the wing, winglets and a drag reduction program. It is certified to 41,000 ft, against 37,000 ft for the airline version. The flight deck has Honeywell Primus Elite avionics.
Embraer offered it as a 13 passenger executive jet and as a shuttle with 19 to 37 airline style seats. Jetcraft counted 174 in operation in 2020, with Europe holding 31 percent, North America 30 percent and Asia 22 percent.

Wikipedia lists the Gulfstream G280, Bombardier Challenger 350, Challenger 650 and Dassault Falcon 2000 among aircraft similar to the Legacy 600. It took the opposite path to the Challenger: Embraer built it from a regional jet, while Bombardier built its regional jet from the Challenger.

Up to 13 in the executive layout, according to Jetcraft and Wikipedia. Embraer also sold a shuttle version with 19 to 37 airline style seats.
Embraer lists 3,400 nautical miles with four passengers. With 13 passengers it is about 3,050 nautical miles. That is enough for London to Dubai without a stop, depending on passengers, weather and reserves.
The 650 has stronger engines, more fuel and a lowered aisle for more headroom. Range grows from 3,400 to 3,900 nautical miles.
No. Jetcraft says production ended in 2015 after 175 were built.
