The academy provides EASA and ICAO approved pilot training programs with specialized focus on civil aviation education and professional pilot development.
Core services include EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot) training; ICAO Tunisian pilot certification programs; license conversion between EASA and ICAO regulations; flight instructor training; and comprehensive pilot development from Private Pilot License (PPL) through commercial operations. Geographic Reach & Capabilities
Safe Flight Academy operates from dual locations in Tunisia: ground instruction facilities in Tunis (near Carthage Airport) and flight operations from Monastir Airport (DTMB). Monastir location provides statistical advantage with 330+ favorable flying days annually.
Maintenance facility operates from Sfax Thyna International Airport with 1,000+ square meter covered hangar. Mediterranean geographic positioning supports international student recruitment with nearby tourist attractions and resort facilities. Training flights operate to all Tunisian airports enabling comprehensive regional exposure.
Industry Credentials & Partnerships
Safe Flight Academy was established in 2010 with approval from Tunisia's Directorate General of Civil Aviation. EASA partnership agreement signed in 2015 with AéroPyrénées Flight Centre enabling EASA-compliant training delivery.
The academy operates Tunisia's unique homogeneous Diamond Aircraft fleet supporting coherent progressive training. Approved maintenance center and engine/propeller spare parts availability ensure operational reliability. Mediterranean flight center partnerships support spare part exchange and aircraft leasing optimization.
