Superior Joining Technologies, Inc. (SJTI) is a precision welding and manufacturing company at 1260 Turret Drive in Machesney Park, Illinois. It was established in 1992 and is a woman-owned business. Its core process is gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW or TIG), and it combines welding with laser processing, machining and inspection in a 55,000 square foot facility. Most of its work is for aerospace and the US military.

• Welders qualified to standards including AWS D17.1, AWS C7.4 for laser beam welding and MIL-STD-2219
