Every experience this year at Alumni has been outstanding! Tons of fun watching the best cheerleading program in the country while they support our basketball programs! The staff at the arena has made sure that everything has been smooth!
I love this campus! Highly organize. Just a treat to be here on this campus. They treated my family extremely well!! I highly recommend this college! 5 stars DEFINITELY
Great school, knowledgeable professors (Dr. Young and Nancye Davis), great student advisers who go the extra mile for students and do not treat them like a number (Christopher Adkins) , and wonderful public safety major options (both on campus and online). Cost is much cheaper then schools in Georgia (my point of reference and experience as I was paying $575 per credit hour for in state [Ga] tuition). Best of all for those looking at online programs (especially for public safety degrees), EKU is regionally accredited through SACS unlike some other schools. I loved the school so much I am currently working on my second degree from EKU.
Terrible dorms. Stayed at grand campus building 2 and all the halls smelled like sweage for months. The club house gym never opened, the rooms were really trashy, and the walls were very thin. A lot of in person staff members are very unfriendly and will give you issue when you talk to them or ask for help. Even some of the emergency safety call stations aren't functioning and haven't been for a long time. Not to mention everything is significantly more expensive than you're led to believe. Very disappointing.
