3 months agoIf you have to fly through Boise, I’d use Jackson over BOI. Unfortunately, the desk team seems to set a bar for apathy and lack of customer service. Maybe it will get better

3 months agoUsed Jackson Jet Center Saturday for the first time. It was an excellent experience. Bailey was extremely helpful during our visit there as was all the Jackson Jet Center staff. Will definitely be back.

8 months agoStopped in with an SR for overnight at KBOI and visit to CTC Dawson Executive Aviation. FANTASTIC service with Jenner and the Jackson Jet Center team to get easy convenient access to my aircraft, car rental, services for the SRM and a cozy spot in the hangar…all for reasonable prices and a FIRST CLASS experience. 11 months agoOverall, just a well run facility. We were relocating an airplane stored in one of their hangars and everyone was helpful. Nathan and his maintenance team were especially helpful making sure we were good to go after the airplane had been sitting for about a year. Further, the line team helped us locate the logbooks and keys. Avionics department helped with database updates for our IFR trip back to Florida. Big thanks and would definitely use again!
