6 months agoI would like to give Scott Mcdonald and Eagle Aviation a huge shout out for a super fast turn around on my CAPS replacement. I put a deposit on my parts in July 2023. I knew about the delays and horror storys about the rockets etc. My plane had to be grounded Jan 31st 2024. I dropped it off with Scott at Eagle Aviation KCAE on January 30th and my parts were not there at the time. I honestly was expecting to be without my plane for several months. Scott called me beginning of the week and told me to come pick it up. They completely shocked me and made my day. And not only great service but a super good job on the paint. You can't even tell where they painted. I highly recommend Scott at Eagle Aviation for any airplane needs but for those that are nervous about CAPS replacement or don't know who to use here you go! Lowest price, great customer service, great communication, and an all around excellent job!

3 years agoNice set of people on the planet. Very helpful, polite, efficient, kind, organized, you name it. I love going to this FBO. The place is soooo clean; pilot lounge is cozy and quiet; there is a rest area. It is well thought through FBO. You'll enjoy visiting or working through here.
