Facilities & History

Mercury GSE traces its heritage to 1948 when Flying Tigers veterans established aircraft refueling and ground handling services at LAX. The GSE division launched in 1977, with private equity spin-out in 1988. Cembrus Capital acquisition in 2018 brought new management developing industry-leading capabilities.

The 2019 LAX facility completion added a 35,000-square-foot state-of-the-art maintenance and production center with 10 rebuild bays. DFW Airport facility opened in 2021 expanding regional presence. The 2023 rebrand showcased industry leadership alongside Southern California Logistics Airport facility expansion. East Coast facility development in Nashville or North Carolina will further expand nationwide coverage.
