With approximately 185,000 members and 190 professionals, LAR operates a fleet of 6 rescue helicopters plus 5 ambulance jets through subsidiary European Air Ambulance (EAA).
The organization completes over 3,000 missions and 4,500 flight hours annually, including 2,081 rescue missions and 513 global repatriation missions in 2024 alone – averaging 8 critical missions daily.
