7 years agoMy husband did a discovery flight with Calgary Flight Training Centre on April 6, 2017. He absolutely loved the experience, and was able to take off, and actually fly the plane for majority of the time. His pilot Kyle was very relaxed and friendly, and made the experience one he will not easily forget. He took about 60 pictures of my husband so we have lots of memories. We highly recommend the discovery flight if you have ever been interested in flying.

8 years agoWorst flying school ever i have come across. The faculty does not know how to treat there customer. Do not disclose there rates even on emails. Fleet is also not disclosed at all. Rude reply given on mails. In case you want to waste your money and time then you can choose this flying school otherwise look for some other great schools. This surely does not worth your money and time. Incase you want to see a copy of there staff's rude reply please message me will share it with you. 'ABSOLUTE NO' for this school.

5 years agofrom experience the good reviews are from people at the school, don't get caught up in the sale pitch. extremely unprofessional place to go to. so many good school out there, stay away from this one. ''degan'' is one of those aviation scammers that will tell you any lie for money. but very unprofessional and they just don't know what they're doing. it's such a huge investment, go somewhere where they will help you succeed and not just squeeze money from you

7 years agoMost unprofessional place ever. Increased aircraft and training rates by 30%, never bothered to help existing students. CFI is late all the time for bookings, rules of school always change etc... avoid at all costs!

5 years agoThe school needs a physical visit to validate my review- It is above and beyond any other Aviation school in terms of their new crafts ( and twin engine), Sims, even their brand new spacious building and number of student's study offices so attractive both quality and appearance wise- Their head office is in Canmore and i find them pretty much on the ball- The brand new crew is young and have very friendly customer service
