Founded as Seyer-Buckner Experimental Tool and Die Company in Berkeley, Missouri moving to current St. Peters location in 1981.

Founded 1957 by Lou Seyer after developing Easy Egg Cracker becoming hit with young parents providing seed money. Purchased machinery with partner Harold Buckner founding Seyer-Buckner Experimental Tool and Die Company. After Harold Buckner’s passing shortened to Seyer Industries. Around 1981 began doing work for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft finding niche manufacturing complex peculiar support equipment for military. Mid-2000s diversified into “flying parts” market successfully penetrating aircraft structure supply chains at numerous customers. Found small niche in maritime defense market supporting US Navy.
