For one of the top flight schools in canada i have to say i am disgusted. If you want to spend over 6 figures to sit and watch your flights get cancelled nearly every time, even if GFA and TAF is okay, this is the school for you.
Instructors range from amazing to “how did this person get hired” as well so be prepared for that.
Even other Students will falsify ETAs, meaning you get told you can fly at 23:00, but the plane returns late, and then gets cancelled because of circumstances that are totally avoidable
If you love wasting your time and want to learn how to hate flying- apply to MFC.
Frankly a waste of money for what they teach there, barely any flight time at all is given. If tuition is going to be paid and it’s coming out of your pockets don’t go here. They won’t let you apply your skills at all, likely delaying your graduation
I received as a gift certificate for MFC sightseeing tour around Moncton. I scheduled in advance the flight with administrator of school and received confirmation of date, time and pilot name. On 16/07/2023 when the flight was scheduled we arrived at appointed time, but the staff told the pilot Ben declined our flight because of the weather conditions, but nobody, neither him, nor Kiersten notified us that it was declined, so we waited almost 2 hours for another pilot to fly. The flight and new pilot was great, but the service and attitude to the clients should be improved, because the general impression about the company was not good!
