My stay at this location has been flawless. It started with an exceptional reception experience at the front desk with Giovanni. After a long day of travel, I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically. The room has been outstanding. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Out of the +100 nights I spend at Marriott properties each year, this experience has been my favorite. Well done.

Comfortable stay at this new Delta hotel. The lobby & bar have a cozy atmosphere, and the room is clean. There’s a small pantry on the 5th, which was a convenience touch. We lost our card holder in the parking lot and I really appreciated that the security (i guess?) found it and returned it to us! Excellent service and a wonderful stay overall.

The front desk let us check in early 3/1/25 because we were so tired! They were helpful, upgraded us & were extremely courteous! Restaurant was great & location is close to everything. We will certainly be back!

I stayed here for a month while working. Great quality hotel and staff. Excellent restaurant with professional chef’s. Kelly W. was a an employee that stood out the most. So friendly and provided excellent service.

This weekend my now husband and I got married at the Chapel at Palacios venue in Westlake, TX. Almost all of our guests were local but we decided to include a couple hotel options for guests to choose between should they feel the need to stay overnight. Members from our wedding party and immediate family chose to take our suggestion to stay at the Delta and everyone enjoyed it. The staff so kindly offered to upgrade our executive suite to the presidential suite to make our weekend special. The room was super spacious for my bridal party and hair and makeup team which makes all the difference. The room was stocked with water and appliances to make the small things easier. The corner unit and floor to ceiling windows provided great scenery. After our reception ended we and some of the guests came back to the bar for one more drink and the bartenders were so friendly - shout out to Jessica and Eric for our newlywed night cap. Regarding food, on our first night we ordered a few snacks from the restaurant to tide us over before our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. We ordered truffle fries that had to have been the best we’ve ever had along with the Texas Cesar and grilled salmon. Having a Starbucks in the lobby made it super easy to get my favorite caffeine in my system on the morning of my special day! Cannot boast more about the staff, location and overall feel of this hotel. Would definitely recommend again!!!
