If you have the opportunity to go to Singapore and stay here you most definitely should. It's a wonderful luxury hotel. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, beautiful, and have amazing views. The rooftop infinity pool and hot tubs are for hotel guests only and offer the best views of the city and bay. And let's not kid ourselves, the bragging rights alone are worth the cost

Let's be honest, Marina Bay Sands hotel may be one of the best tourist attractions in Singapore but the hotel itself is nothing special. Actually the rooms are not very nice and in need of some maintenance. The infinity pool on the rooftop may be ok, but then again is far from being a classy place despite what people think. And it's way overpriced just because it is a popular destination.

This location is iconic Singapore and well worth a visit. There was a stunning light show the evening we arrived that was free and sone very well ( lasers shot onto water clouds and fountains. The architecture is the real star of this complex, quite stunning. The shopping is for the well healed if you like that sort of thing. Well worth a visit.
