Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. They'll gladly have you waiting on hold while the operating machine tells you you're next in line, then when your turn finally arrives the person in that office is suddenly "unavailable". Absolutely baffling that an educational institution such as this one simply does not have functional phone services. I ordered official transcripts WEEKS ago via the email PDF process (the only way to do it with them) as I am transferring to a different university and my prospective university has yet to receive it. Oh, but they were quick to charge my card almost immediately. My education is in jeopardy and there is simply nothing I can do about it because I do not live in Puerto Rico anymore.
The customer service is terrible, if you want something solve you have to continue various times till its fixed. They treated me very badly and with bad manners. The faculty of professors is good, but the administration it's not. To finish my studies with them was a really bad experience because of the costumer service every trimester. DONT recommend
Professors do whatever tf they want with students. You file complaints and they don't do anything or fix the problem. All this especially in the Chemistry Department. We all know he is not a good professor but nobody does anything to improve this nonsense. AVOID THIS PLACE
Very big university. My only complaint is how the headmasters of each program have a tendency of not answering future prospects (students) when it comes to wanting to enter a program. They need to work on their communication, but other than that it's ranked top for receiving education in PR.
Admission process online is like pulling teeth. Extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone there. They won't return calls or emails. Even the rector failed to follow up, and showed no interest in helping.
