5 months agoI sent this TERRIBLE company a broken secondary seat stop out of a Cessna after sending them pictures of the part and getting a quote from them. I waited almost 2 months and never heard back from them. I called them and they said they lost my part and could not find it. They stopped answering my phone calls and emails. I FINALLY after probably (no kidding) 50 attempt's got a hold of a manager and told me they would make it right. After waiting a couple more days with no response I emailed them again and they told me they cannot replace my lost part and to contact Cessna for a new part. The part I sent them was manufactured by AMSAFE not Cessna. I have NEVER dealt with a company like this in my Aviation career. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
