a month agoEDIT***** 2 weeks later and I hate this company more than ever. I have to use Exostar to get paid by a D.O.D contractor and I have never experienced a more confusing and idiotic system to deal with just to get paid. Setting up my account took 2 weeks with dozens of emails and phone calls with customer service. Every year I have to purchase a $160 token (not even a real physical item) just to keep my account active. The Exostar portal, system or whatever you call it has taken years off my life. An absolutely ridiculous process for a small business owner/operator to go through to get paid. Horrible experience every time.

2 months agoTerrible help desk service. Have been trying to resolve a problem for a week. The response I get it they are "working on it" and "there is no estimated time of completion". The problem is preventing me from gaining access and providing support for my customers. These responses are unacceptable.

2 weeks agoThis may be the worst software and help desk that has ever existed. This company should be shut down and the government should find someone who is interested in a reasonable system.

a year agoI would give this place a zero if I could. I had to pay $180 for the notary to come. They never showed after scheduling. Then two days later they said they don't have anyone in the area and to come into a city (hours away from me). So I lost the contract job that they were supposed to notorize me for. Called for a refund and the words of the agent (youre out of luck). I asked for supervisor, they wouldn't because they can't transfer, asked for them to reach out to me, can't do that. So not only were they unable to provide the service they claimed to do, they won't return my money. I truly hope this business closes down. Worthless!!!

2 years agoFar and away the worst experience I have maybe ever had with a tech company. Exceeded only by COMCAST Uncooperative , difficult , inflexible , not customer service oriented . They do you a favor by telling YOU when and how . HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU . Who runs this company ? Well , I guess if your a defense contractor . Time to restructure and maybe divest themselves of noncore businesses
