a year agoWe took an enjoyable one hour sight seeing tour. Our pilot, Alex, was great. You could tell he loved flying! We would highly recommend anyone to try them out, just be careful about eating a full meal before going.

4 years agoThis is a great place to check out. They're affordable, super accommodating, exceedingly polite, and very responsive. I reached out to them via email for information on flying a plane to see if it's something I want to persue. Within minutes I got a reply back from Halsey giving me more information. After discussing details back and forth for a bit I had an introductory flight scheduled just like that. When I showed up for the experience Halsey was knowledgeable, polite, and thorough with explaining what would happen. He also made sure to check in multiple times to see if I had any questions or concerns. Additionally, it was obvious he had a real passion for flying and teaching from the way he went over details. I highly recommend Charlottesville Flight Center for anyone who wants to take flying lessons, or even if you are curious about flying and want to experience it.
