7 years agoAmazing trainers who do not allow "simulation" and encourage you to give yourself as much as possible in training. Training is functional, with integrated dance movements and muscle strengthening exercises. There wasn't a workout where I could say it was easy and I didn't feel like I had worked out. Amazing aerobics studio. I have never attended aerobics anywhere better.
