a month agoJust trying to ask question to vincent at the vet center was hard. He was very rude and it difficult to get him to answer questions. Just trying to file a complaint again took 1 hour and all I got was the run-around. This is not a good sign I wont be rerolling at this school.

5 months agoWorst experience ever, we went to their Pacfest and there was no direction where to park. And whereever you parked ,there was only 1 entrance and you have to walk all around to that entrance. NO signs 🤷♀️ on what could be taken in Not even water!! After your walk to the entrance that seems forever in the humidity that day, we couldn't take water in 🤦♀️ that will be the last time we ever try coming to this event 🥵

7 months agoI am a new student and am super excited and was treated wonderfully until I had to speak with the Advisory Dept in person. I was set up for a virtual meet the staff were just on their cell phones and interrupting while I was trying to get the information I needed. Then the day of my zoom meeting I was having technical issues so I called the number given which was again there and the young girl who answered the phone was extremely rude I tried explaining the issue and she very rudely told me “I just have to wait” I expressed being worried and didn’t want to miss my appointment she repeated the same thing and hung up on me. Very inexperienced customer service skills! Hopefully I don’t have to have anymore encounters with these people.

8 months agoBeautiful campus but the buildings are not named after donors, to which some may say that it is unique. They have an Olympic size pool and diving platforms.

a year agoThey have plays at the theater sometimes that's always cool. There used to be a pool that was nice to go to, but it's been closed. They have tennis courts and the library as well. Most are open to the public depending on the day.
