9 months agoI charter private on a fairly regular basis and rotate 3 different brokers. The amount of cancellations and delays with Leviate is well over double probably triple the others. The sample size is reasonable so the only explanation is that they must compromise quality over profit. If you use Leviate, THERE IS A VERY HIGH PROBABILITY YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I’m done with them.

a year agoWe have used Leviate twice, both times on short notice, and when we needed it most. The customer service here is out of this world. The attention to detail and planning flawless. The pilots were fun, engaging and communicative. The boarding on and off the plane was awesome. In one of the cases (at a small airport in Michigan) our pick-up was able to drive their truck literally to the back of the plane to unload luggage and supplies. Also want to thank the team for nice touches like fruit plates, cheese boards, and drinks waiting for us after a long day. Top notch!

I’ve used them for buy/sell and management over many years and have been extremely impressed at their ability to provide a very expert level of operations, management, and maintenance services yet not lose the high level of customer care found at more of a boutique company. Randall has built a comprehensive aviation company with an expert team that handles every step of the buy, manage, maintain, charter, and sell cycle with integrity and speed. I can’t recommend them enough, and it has been exciting to see their dedication to their principles result in such rapid growth!

3 years agoBEST COMPANY EVER! I had the most phenomenal experience with Leviate. From initial quote, to booking, then flying...all of it was great. The owner met me at the tarmac to ensure we were happy and sent us off in style. I will never use another charter service...ever!

3 years agoDEATH PLANES! UNSAFE TO FLY! I was nervous about booking with small charter services like Leviate because most use older planes and minimum certifications but decided to give them a chance because they bragged about their quality of service and safety. They assured me the plane I booked was new, safe and that they had a good relationship with the operator. Boy was that an outright lie! When I arrived I couldn’t believe how run down the plane was and didn’t want to go on the flight but I had an event we couldn’t miss. One of the seat belts was not working which made me wonder how this plane was able to fly. The plane was dirty , Smokey and old. When I landed and researched the history I learned it was a 1986 plane that had just been purchased by the operator THREE DAYS before I booked the charter. It was owned by one individual and this was his only plane - probably his first. The certification was the bare minimum - Gold which I later learned to get a Gold Certification all you have to do is basically pay a $500 membership feee and sign up for their newsletter. Some safety standards Leviate sets for their clients. They also said the plane’s interior was recently updated which was another lie because the guy just bought the plane and had no time to update it. Maybe Leviate’s definition of a remodel is fixing a few but not all seat belts. I also don’t know how they can claim they have great relationships with the operator when this was a brand new operator who had just purchased the plane 3 days before I booked it. When I landed I called the representative from Leviate by the name of David who was extremely apologetic and could tell shocked by the condition of the plane. He promised me he would never put me and my family in that situation again and would have a newer plane return me home. Even gave me a new tail number. Two hours before my return home he calls and said he couldn’t get another flight and I would have to put my wife and 7 year old child back on the same plane. Then he called and said the plane was delayed because it had pressurization issues and they would send another plane. An hour later he said the plane was on its way and hey had resolved the issue . I refused to get on the plane and told him it was unsafe. He said because Leviate could not get their money back I would have to fly on this plane .To my surprise he puts on the phone his so called operations experts who literary tried to talk me into taking that same plane back home. What came out of his mouth next was shocking and insulting. He said “it’s a short flight so they don’t go high enough that if the cabin loses pressurization they could land quickly even though we were flying over the ocean from Bahamas to Palm Beach. I never imagined a company acting so irresponsible and putting people’s life in jeopardy over a few thousand dollars. I booked another flight home and they offered nothing more than an apology and said it should have never happened and when I booked again with them they would make sure to take better precautions—- like I was really going to book another flight with them
