4 months agoBad experience at the er dad having swelling chest pain short breath having other urges possble something serious er told me there 24 ahead of him, i though he could be having a attack, heavy breathing chest pain. They said sorry he will have to wait. i call the pd they transfer to carefliht ambulance explained to them we in parkinglot needed help to insure he wasnt in major trama, they refused and would not come i continually explained er was not going to check for along time. called pd back they sent emts to check dad, he had some issues. Thanks to emts they were happy to come out and said anytime. Thank God he didnt die. I hope anything tragic happens better hope you in place they will come or fits their criteria they would let my dad sit there and die. Great job.

3 months agoMy mom was transported by ground ambulance from Methodist Hospital in Dallas to a SNF in Grand Prairie. The 2 young men who transported her were super caring & attentive to her needs. From arriving & putting her in the gurney to getting her off. They even assisted her in her room at the SNF. This type of attention put a smile on my face. Super thankful. Thank you guys!💗💗💗

4 months agoI have already paid the bill through the phone to Careflight and received a confirmation number. However, two weeks later I received a mail showing an unpaid bill, and threatening to send to collection agency’s address. This is ridiculous!

a month agoI have been trying to contact this company since 4/28/2023 regarding a debt owed due to a car accident. The total amount was $43,095.00 before insurance. Afterwards it was $24,690.00 which I fully intended to pay. The issue is, they cannot be reached. They do not pick up the phone, and if you send them an email it is returned as undeliverable. This cannot be legal.

7 months agoMy Mother was transported via ground ambulance from Methodist Dallas by two very caring and professional Care Flite team members during very cold temperatures. They particularly gave attention to her face being shielded from the cold and safely getting her in her own bed. Highly recommend!!!!!
