My mom was transported by ground ambulance from Methodist Hospital in Dallas to a SNF in Grand Prairie. The 2 young men who transported her were super caring & attentive to her needs. From arriving & putting her in the gurney to getting her off. They even assisted her in her room at the SNF. This type of attention put a smile on my face. Super thankful. Thank you guys!💗💗💗
My Mother was transported via ground ambulance from Methodist Dallas by two very caring and professional Care Flite team members during very cold temperatures. They particularly gave attention to her face being shielded from the cold and safely getting her in her own bed.
Highly recommend!!!!!
I have been trying to contact this company since 4/28/2023 regarding a debt owed due to a car accident. The total amount was $43,095.00 before insurance. Afterwards it was $24,690.00 which I fully intended to pay. The issue is, they cannot be reached. They do not pick up the phone, and if you send them an email it is returned as undeliverable.

To whom it may concern,
My family member is a resident of the nursing home in Mabank Tx and the CareFlite; Mabank; ems crew has picked up my family member from the nursing home multiple times and even after requesting to be transported to UT Health Athens, the crew transported my family member to UT Health Cedar Creek. My family members vital signs were stable enough for the transfer to UT Health Athens. My family member overheard the EMS crew members saying “We will transport to Cedar Creek and let them figure out how to get her to Athens.” This is unacceptable and lazy on your crew members that are out of Mabank Tx. There is absolutely no reason my family member could not have been transported to the requested hospital. My family member got transferred from Cedar Creek to Athens one hour after arriving at Cedar Creek. The hospital gave no medications and had no intervention prior to the transfer to Athens. Per Cedar Creek “there is no reason they could not transport her to Athens”. Mabank Crew is LAZY and not professional at all.
Unacceptable.
Big, Fat, lazy, slow moving, rude, paramedic arrived at a very bad accident scene involving my grandson and stepdaughter. EMS tech showed absolutely no urgency. There were three injured people at the scene. They brought two ambulances. Was told they called the helicopter for my stepdaughter who was unconscious with an apparent head injury. Helicopter was turned around due to lightning. It was a full 20 before another ambulance was dispatched to the scene from another town. My 4 year old grandson who also had a head injury acted very sleepy. EMS tech told me it was OK. It was over an hour in the hot sun on the side of the road before he was transported. Tech made innapropriate remarks to my other stepdaughter when they arrived at Baylor Dallas. Would have been better off to transport myself and would have gotten medical attention for my family a full hour sooner. If you live in Kaufman county, pray you don’t get these guys if you need help.
