Very good communication and support. Xavier in operations was very helpful with arranging the flight. Xavier was very flexible on the timing of the flight as we coordinated hospice arrangements back home. Xavier was available at all times of the day and weekends to answer questions and help navigate the trip logistics. The flight crew was professional, kind, caring, and accommodating. They met us at my wife's room at the MD Anderson hospital along with a local Houston ambulance service. They monitored my wife's condition through the entire flight. They accompanied my wife and I to our home and helped the local ambulance service with transport and into her bed. The bed to bed service made to the trip as easy as possible for my wife. All of the trip logistics were handled by AMT. The status of the flight was communicated to our family members, the MD Anderson medical team, the local ambulance services, and home hospice. This allowed us to coordinate the initial hospice visit on a Saturday evening. The hospice folks commented that the communication updates from AMT were amazing. The local ambulance services that AMT used provided first rate service. I was able to travel with my wife in the air ambulance. My wife is very happy and comforted to be back at home. The word she used to describe being home is 'ecstatic' The air service was a blessing as it was the only way to get my wife back to her home.
