    I was happy to pay in full a commercial building insurance policy only to be told the company would cancel my policy due to the nature of business leasing the property. After cancelling, I awaiting my refund for 2 weeks. After speaking with customer service, the individual on the phone explained it would be longer, roughly another 2 weeks to receive my refund. It's come to my attention that most companies will take your money but hold it hostage until they "feel" to issue said refund. After speaking on the I was also informed that their A/R department does not have a phone line and only responds to emails. Well, they must not monitor emails. I find it difficult to suggest this company to anyone purely on the conduct of business when speaking in terms of my situation. I didn't cancel they did merely 2 days after paying in full for a commercial policy after clearly explaining the nature of the lease holder's business. This isn't the Army, I refuse to hurry up and wait for what's rightfully mine. If this wasn't the issue I would simply take this on the chin but there was ZERO communication on when or if I was to receive my refund from the policy.

    I was so happy with my experience with Guard insurance. I recently had my machine stolen that I use everyday for work. My claim representative Charlie Gardiner did an awesome job to expedite the claim and get a check out to me so I can purchase another machine so I don't lose out on work. Charlie and Guard made it as easy as possible and they were always there when I called. I have all my insurances with Guard and highly recommend everyone does as well

    I Don’t recommend, Am Guard Insurance for Tow Truck Companies they are Extremely Expensive in the State of Maryland & Washington DC There insurance price hikes are unethical and there New-separate $1000 Disclosure Admin is crazy erroneous. Everything in the terms are what they are suppose to be doing to service the customer through the premium. My company has been with AmGuard for many many years never made any claim loss. They have no mercy for there older clients they went up $8000 last year and 12,000 this year. I think we are done. Itemized fee highway robbery.. They don’t care about the good clients. They are crushing us with these insurance price hikes. Seems our time has came to a end.

    My wife and I have been dealing with some very traumatic and stressful life situations for the last 9 months to a year. Needless to say, 9 months ago, we were having some severe plumbing issues and we had my wife's bedridden mother(she passed peacefully 3 months ago)and my 87 year old, non mobile(wheelchair) father. We had to replace everything plumbing related in the yard. I was getting no where with the 1st 4 agents that attempted to resolve the issue, no luck. In steps Mr. Charles Hoeg. His personality, professional demeanor and resolution expertise, in regards to knowing what questions to ask, clear and concise explanation of the process, alternatives, and prompt replies along with excellent follow up processes, made an, at first, very frustrating experience into a blessing. We didn't get everything we were looking for, but we accept what the Lord allows and Mr. Hoeg made it a lot less stressful. Thanks again sir, for your commitment to the customer experience.
