4 years agoVETERANS BEWARE! This law firm is absolutely horrible. They have been nothing but disrespectful and have ignored ALL requests for help. The VA appointed this firm as a representative for me on behalf of American Legion. This law firm ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED and acknowledged to be my advocate and help me. They did NOTHING. They received all sensitive military documentation and records and by the time I contacted them they had no idea who I was! Another lawyer contacted me and said to wait til I received final notification from the VA and that the VA should have "never put us as your representative." They don't do pro bono; they want money. He told me to contact him once the VA finalized everything. Months later, the VA is taking me down the river! They have been absolutely horrible to me during these times and told me "have your representative contact us if you disagree with our decision." Schnader continues to be unhelpful and ignores my pleas for help! Now because of their lack of action I am about to lose ALL benefits. Can you imagine being a veteran and having to go through this during COVID-19????!!! Shame on Schnader!
