Mercy Flights showed up for me having a rapid pulse of 230bpm and tended to my issue with my heart in a super professional manner. The english paramedic is fantastic she made me feel safe and comfortable on my way to the hospital. Ps: ambulances cause road sickness.
No one answers any phone calls we've been trying for an hour to renew our membership very scary that someone would not answer the phone and no voicemail nothing
My experience with Mercy Flights could not have been better. I needed to be transferred from Providence Medford to St. Luke's Boise, ID, for a procedure that could not be done closer. The ambulance ride and the flight were both amazing. The staff were extremely competent and helped keep me calm even in a very stressful situation.
I had a question for the billing staff & they returned my call the next day with helpful information.
I am so glad I got a membership a couple years ago & have maintained it. I will have a membership for as long as I live in the valley.
I received head trauma, a fractured skull, and they needed to fly me to OHSU. The two young men attending to me kept telling me I should leave my boots, even though I told them that I wanted to bring them. They finally pressured me in to leaving them. Consequently I spent six or seven hours after being sewed up, only having socks on my feet walking through areas of urine and vomit being cleaned up on the floors and into public restrooms and finally out into the streets and parking lot in the rain with only socks on my feet, as OHSU had nothing else to give me .It was very upsetting and I never got proper rest after my head injury during the time of my realease.
The most professional staff throughout this entire organization. My young son and I have had to rely on Mercy Flights for ambulance, helicopter and fixed wing medical emergencies. Always greeted with professional, courteous, well trained, caring staff. You must get a lifetime membership!!!
