American Airlines DAY to JAX / JAX to DAY I will never, ever, EVER use them for flights again. Their service counter is where you can go to be looked at as if you had two heads coming out of your neck. Talked to as if you have COMPLETELY ruined their day. Point to your luggage and say; "What's that !?" as if they've never seen a piece of luggage before. The most horrible experience I've ever had with an airline, both Dayton and Jaxsonville terminal.

I wish I could give negative stars this place is shady. They let a pilot who physically assaulted a flight attendant leave without punishment. They didnt fire him but gave him the choice to leave. They ended up firing the flight attendant involved so they didnt have the negative impact. This company is horrible. Do not work for this place.

This company is awful. They are money thirsty and they do not care about anyone, but the head dogs of the company. I've flown in this company and American should be embarrassed that they represent them. Out of the hundreds of times I've flown I got one amazing flight attendant, all of the others I've had were rude and lazy. I have nothing good to say a out this company.

No food around so bring your own. Sometimes there’s a food truck and there’s a vending machine with few breakfast sandwiches on the first floor, but that’s pretty much it.
