a month agoTook my military history class on a field trip here. They opened just for us. Guided tour. Very welcoming and professional. Trip was about 2 hours. I'm going to bring my class this semester too

a month agoGreat place to spend couple of hours. The volunteer team is passionate & do their best to make this a great experience. Some of the planes have access where one could go and explore.

3 weeks agoI went along with my father and nephew who wanted to go. Even though this wasn’t really my ‘thing’ I found it very interesting. A tour guide was not available, but there is an audio tour which is well done. Also, we had the good luck to encounter a volunteer, Don, in the hanger. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the technology and history. Four stars rather than five because there are accessibility issues for an older person using a wheelchair.

a year agoWhat a pleasant surprise! Who knew this was here? I drove right by it the day before.🤦♂️ They have a unique layout and some very well put together exhibits. In many ways I enjoyed this museum better than some of the larger ones I've been to They have a very famous airplane there which flew in D-Day and then flew back 70 years later for the anniversary! Apparently the Memphis Belle was also here for several years until a few years ago 🫤 Many of their aircraft are still flying and available for rides! I was there on a Sunday and nothing was flying. Definitely a hidden gem. Lots of history here. Much to read and learn👨🏫

2 months agoThis was our first time at this event. We had a great time! The top people that coordinated this did a great job! There were events for children, food trucks, water donated from Wegmans( 18 pallets). Also other vendors and business donations. Will definitely go next year. Try it once.
