Applied for a job to this company, although I had never heard of them, the job posting sounded interesting enough. I immediately got an email from a Camryn Smithwick from Recruiting and Talent Sourcing, and set up a phone interview with me for Thursday at 2pm. Thursday comes around, only for me to receive no call. I realized I got a generic email from the company saying my application was closed, and the email was only a few hours after setting up the appointment/interview! All in all, I was disgusted by the process, and I couldn't help but wonder if they treat prospective employees like this, how would they treat clients? Choosing another candidate is all good and well, but if I had an interview set up, just make the two minute call to let me know. The email I found afterward wasn't even from the person I spoke with to set up the interview, which I had to clear space for.. all to not even receive a call. Incredibly disappointing, and unprofessional. Do better and be better.
