Don’t even bother. They were quick to enroll me in a family membership and begin billing me at $80 per month, but since then, nobody is willing to speak with you on the phone about anything, and whoever is manning the admin email address takes, on average, three weeks to respond to simple questions. When the reply comes, it is a repeat of the miscommunication that sometimes happens when your only means of communication is a poorly worded email.
I was a member from March through August, and in that amount of time nobody in my family plan could even get so much as a rental checkout due to the impossible task of getting in touch with anyone managing this flying club. The only way I managed to get a response was to cancel the card attached to my membership and wait for my billing to fail. The response came the following day. $480 paid and absolutely zero services provided.
Edit per the response:
I tried again to call, and again got a voicemail which I’m not hopeful to hear back from other than possibly an email or a text. If you’d like honest feedback, feel free to reach out. You have my contact information.
To be clear, there were no attempts to violate club guidelines…we never even got an opportunity to fly due to aircraft being down for maintenance, followed by the inability to maintain contact with anyone. We did, however, have several questions regarding the club bylaws, which could have been easily clarified by a phone call as opposed to short emails - which to this day still haven’t answered the questions. I decided it was time to cut my losses and pay a few dollars more to rent aircraft from someone with whom I could effectively communicate.
Excellent place to learn and continue flying once you have your ticket. Wonderful CFI’s and lots of available planes and times. The airspace is terrific for learning.
