3 weeks agoI have personally taken one of these flights. Our local air service provider is AirLink and they are fantastic. They are a huge benefit to our area, since we are 2 hours from a hospital. Lots of lives are saved through their service. Just buy the membership, it is well worth the money and prey that it is never needed. Thanks for what you do!!!

3 weeks agoI purchased a three year plan and when me and my wife ended up stuck in Arizona hospital with COVID, AirMedCare network provided all excuses why they couldn't fly her home, which was part of the package I purchased. Turns out my wife had a major bladder infection which caused her to go into sepsis several times not being found by three hospitals in Arizona. Again AirMedCare Network provided reasons why they could not fly her from the hospital in Arizona to our home hospital. We finally got on a commercial Southwest flight back to Kansas where our local hospital CRMC was able to operate and remove the abscess. The money I spent on AirMedCare Network was a total waste of money.

3 weeks agoWe had to rush my husband to ER because of a hernia burst situation after just having a liver transplant in the middle of the night. We were told he needed to go to he hospital where he had the transplant 40 minutes away. They said he needed to be lifeflighted. Thet told us if we signed up for the $100 membership we would not be responsible for any charges above what our medicare advantage program paid . We now have received a bill for $1200 because they tell us NOW that there is a two week waiting period before the membership is active. So if you are reading this DONT sign up ! These are predatory practices. It is sooo outrageous that they pretend on people in times of dire need.

a year agoMy husband was flown from out little rural town to Phoenix, AZ. All I had to do was give them our Membership Card, and everything was taken care of. We got our insurance breakdown afterwards and the cost was $84K, we paid just $79/yr. We weren't charged a penney, just our $257 co-pay. The service saved us from certain medical bankruptcy. Please take it from Garry & me, it's SO WORTH IT! We never thought we'd need the service, but guess what? We certainly did, and it was a seamless process, and the people on the flight were beyond reassuring. So happy we are members of this service and have referred 4-5 others to join! Thank you so much for the amazing service you offer.

2 years agoI purchased this for my father-in-law in October. Shortly after we tried to cancel but were not allowed to. In November he could have used the service but it was not available. They were not flying that day. Not sure why the weather was not bad. He passed away on 11/5/22 and we still have not heard from them to be able to cancel and receive a refund for the 10 year membership we purchased. I have disputed the payment with my credit card. Still waiting for a response from AirMedCare. Would not recommend their service. I would give 0 stars if possible. They have been a terrible company to work with!!
