8 years agoI light up every time someone asks me about this school because I am so blessed to have been able to attend. I graduated from the AMT program back in 2014 and did receive my A&P certificate. As for anything in life, you get out of it what you're willing to put into it. This school is not a "show up to receive an A", you need to put in the time and effort, but it is more than worth it. Yes, it is a mission driven school BUT they work with each student individually to help them find where they belong in aviation. Students all over the world have attended, within the last 3 years alone they have had students from Egypt, South Korea, Uganda, Switzerland, and the list goes on. Aviation makes up its own world network of people, and SMAT has spot in that network. Both my husband and I currently work in aviation thanks to SMAT. If you are looking into getting your A&P and/or becoming a Pilot I highly recommend you look into this school. You can get both within 2 years!! That's hard to beat if you ask me.
