Most of management are lost. The goal post consistently move and they are millions behind in orders due to their own incompetence. Engineering staff has 3 years average in work place experience. Seem there is no hierarchy in the engineering whether you are I, II, or III for example.. decision are made by committee. The folks in the factory and in the trenches are great!

My visit was to be interviewed. I had a chance to tour and looks like a good place to work. Security and management are very nice to speak with.

If you are looking for a career where you can find joy, contentment and be able to grow and advance, this job is definitely not for you. But,, if you don't mind drama, envy and strife and doing the same repetitive things day after day, this would be the ideal place for you to work.

I've tried calling this place in Wilson many many times. Each time I get told "just a minute" and I wait for 10 minutes or more and have to hang up. THen I call again and the same thing happens. Repeat several times. The guy who answers the phone clearly doesn't like his job and doesn't care about actually helping people. He gives no explanation of how long it will be or if he's transferring the call, walking over to get the person you asked for or what. I waited 30 minutes today waiting for help, called 3 separate times and got the same response each time. I'd be happy to remove the neutral review if I could actually get the guy to help me contact someone instead of just saying "just a minute" and then waiting for forever and hearing nothing.

Great staff . Great benefits. My downsides. No water fountains. No place to leave lunch other than breakroom table . No microwave no frigidaire. Cafferty open only for day shift . I was on second shift no where to park but across highway then like 2 blocks walking. No break before lunch no break after lunch . Clock in and out for lunch but can't leave . Tight working conditions. Because of covid you wear mask and curtains hanging half way down which makes it even harder to get around. I could have dealt with everything but not getting a break before lunch or after lunch I could not . Something to think about before going to work there .
