2 months agoIf I could, I would give this insurance minus 5 stars. Got into an accident through no fault of his own 3 months ago. To this day I am waiting for my MONEY. New excuses are constantly coming up as to why processing is taking even longer!!!!!!! What's that supposed to mean!!!!!!! I finally WANT MY MONEY!!!!!! Greetings to FRAU WESTEDT who was supposed to speed up the processing........ PM YZ 999 with this license plate, Mrs. WESTEDT knows who I am!!! I've already spoken intensively to the lady on the phone about this to no avail. It's not that this is being misunderstood, according to this lady the insurance company wants to pay, just when that is anyone's guess...

4 months agoClaims settlement for electronics insurance (concluded through DLL) is apparently only possible with a lawyer and, if necessary, a lawsuit. You receive very strange rejection letters from the regulatory department with fictitious alleged causes and damage events - quite good as a writer, but neither fair nor appropriate as an insurer: especially not correct - when I insure a risk, and this then occurs, against all expectations and everyone Premonitions, I have to answer for that too. Without twisting, maneuvering or procrastinating. Awkward! I would like to encourage everyone affected to make their experiences with this company public; perhaps something like this can be achieved.

8 months agoI applied for car insurance. The insurance company applied the SF classes of a second, deregistered vehicle without asking. Despite timely intervention before the start of the contract, the contract has not yet been corrected! In two months, HDI only managed to write to me once, but not to correct the contract, even though both vehicles were insured here... I can NOT recommend this insurance! Update March 1, 2024 What should I make of this answer? Instead of posting meaningless standard phrases here, the employee should process my emails, which have been there for a long time...
