I moved to ATL to become a pilot through Aero Atlanta. They came highly recommended by other flight schools. True to their reputation for excellence, Aero has exceeded my expectations at every turn. Everyone at this top-notch flight center is rooting for you to succeed on the ground and in the air. They have a large fleet of pristine and well maintained Cessna & Cirrus airplanes in both their locations. I wanted to fly as often as possible each week towards my private pilot license - and weather allowing, I was able to do so by planning with them in advance. If you are looking towards aviation as a career path, for leisure, or both - look no further. Aero’s team provided me a one-on-one stellar education at a pace of my choosing. They set the bar high on knowledge, safety, and flight skills… and they cared in a big way, each step of the way.
I had an Introductory Flight yesterday. I want to say thand you to Josey in the office, who responded very quickly to my online contact form, answered all my questions and made scheduling a breeze. And thank you very much to Ben, our flight instructor, who met us with a smile, is very knowledgeable and patient, and was a joy to learn from. My cousin (who rode along) and I both very much enjoyed our experience, and learned a lot!
I would highly recommend!
I relocated to Atlanta and was looking for a place to rent a nice plane and get periodic training. Aero has new and nearly new Cirrus SR22 aircraft, a nice study area a pro shop and excellent instructors. I completed my Cirrus transition course and my instrument proficiency check and have been flying their aircraft every since. The aircraft are meticulously maintained and I have never had one issue. If you want to fly the most modern, well maintained aircraft in Atlanta look no farther.
What I Iike best about Areo Atlanta is their culture. All of the employees from top to bottom seem very happy to be a part of the organization and they are all very professional.
It is clear that they all enjoy what they do and have a passion for flying.
The flight instructors are all very knowledgeable and are willing to help in every step of your aviation endeavor.
Areo has a large fleet planes and fly out of both Pdk and Kennesaw. Their fleet is well maintained and on the newer side.
I had very little flying experience when I started my private pilot training with Areo. My instructor was very patient but definitely pushed me along when needed. He was with me at every step of the process and I successfully secured my private pilots license. There was absolutely no way I would have completed my training if not for Areo and my instructor. Thank you Antoine you did a great job!!!
I have been to many flight schools over the 10+ years I have been flying. Aero Atlanta is the finest school I have used. The CFI's are superb, staff is great and their airplanes (Cirrus SR20 or SR22 with Perspective avionics & Cessna's G1000) are, by far - the best maintained out there: for rental or for flight lessons. I recently completed a Cirrus (SR20) transition program (official Cirrus program) and their Chief CFI, Ben, was excellent - fun to fly with and his knowledge base is immense. I'd recommend any pilot, or student to try Aero and am sure you will be happy you did.
