6 years agoWas a machinist in plant 1, switch from 1st over to second shift. The employees who had a 20-30 year stay in company treated me soo horribly, & disrespected me. Nevertheless I was one of the individuals who were trained & caught up really quickly with the job (Polish & Grind) They were so egotistic. All I ever did really was work, & stayed to my self, pop a few conversations here & there asked for help. Next thing you know, I get called up by unprofessional managment, who half the time put words into my mouth while I tried to explain the opposite of what my coworkers were saying, I heard stories. Despite having it known around that these specific employees were getting everyone in trouble with lies, I got fired because I made a remark earlier that I loved 2nd shift but, I wanted to go back to my old shift later in the future, there response was “You know you signed up for the first shift right?” Other than the harrassment & the lies I got thrown at over by the employees, which obviously was another reason why they wanted to get rid of me, it wasn’t mention as to why I got let go. Regarding this specific manager, I was warned & told by several other people In other departments from the same shift believe it or not, they can say this to you but at every workplace, there will always be favoritism, be realistic. I lost my job, & you’ll never meet a 20 year old like me who lost everything, i’m in debt, almost lost my car, almost went homeless .. all because someone wanted to kiss ass & put words into my mouth.

a year agoA lot of management targeting and harassing yhe youth making us feel out of place , as well as the elders that work there have no respect they are very high on ego acting like they know more than you and are better than you , they will talk behind your back and a lot of drama over all , would not recommend to work there unless you like to stress everyday.
