5 months agoI can't thank University Air Center enough for their exceptional service in light of the approaching hurricane. Shanon and his team went above and beyond, offering shelter for my Icon and having everything ready, including a rental car, upon my late arrival at 1 AM. Special thanks to Clayton and Andy, who greeted me and ensured everything was perfectly prepared. Their professionalism and care were truly amazing. Shanon Spears, the operations manager, made all of this possible with his outstanding leadership and kindness. We need more people like them in the world. Highly recommend their incredible team!

2 months agoI got to fly with Bobby and it was an incredible experience. He was funny, patient, and very considerate. Took us over the UF stadium and made sure to let my partner get some great pictures

2 years agoJay was an incredible pilot and teacher and explained functionality of air speed indicator, altimeter, ground speed, nav instruments very well. . He gave me control of the Cessna 172N when we were over the sweet water air space and taught me to bank to the left and right properly.

a year agoMust be one of the friendliest FBO's in the state. The ground crew were very professional marshalling us in which was a great help, especially when you're unsure of where to park. The fuel truck was extremely quick in getting to us. The receptionist in the FBO (I think her name was Rachel but I may be wrong), was so lovely and accommodating. The FBO itself has snacks and refreshments, and a pilots lounge. Crew cars are available, although you must be over 25 to drive them. There is a fee, however, this is wiped if you spend a minimum on fuel. I spent $130 on fuel and that was enough to wipe the charge.
