6 months agoUPDATE: Gator Fly In 2024. Again lots of people. Free fun. Lots of vendors. Food trucks. Planes, cars, helicopters. Good weather with a nice breeze. Everyone was professional and friendly. Gator Fly-In 2023. We made the helicopter 🚁 ride this year. Delayed start because of the weather. There were plane rides also. Lots of people. Antique cars. Planes, lots of vendors and food. The event is free and family and dog friendly. Free parking. Veterans all branches. Wear comfortable shoes 👞 and a hat.

3 months agoGreg was absolutely amazing he took all 3 of my kids up and we were very nervous but he made us feel so comfortable and safe. This was worth every penny we were over satisfied with the whole experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

4 months agoThe shop used to be our go-to for servicing our Cirrus aircraft, even though it's quite far from our home base in Naples, FL. Recently, we took one of our planes there for an annual inspection, which cost us $17-18k. We requested digital logs before picking up the aircraft, but the receptionist told us to make our own copies when we arrived. When I tried to explain that the aircraft was under contract and the buyer needed to see the logs beforehand, she hung up on me. This was one of the worst experiences we've had with aircraft servicing. It's hard to believe a business can thrive with such poor customer service. Very disappointing. - Dr. R As a follow up, I am writing to express my concerns regarding a recent interaction with your receptionist. We were asked to drive three hours to your shop to scan the logs, despite having previously requested assistance multiple times—via email and phone—earlier in the week. While I appreciate your concern about my stress level, I would suggest focusing on improving the level of customer service provided. At no point was there any yelling during our phone conversation. I encourage you to review the phone call and the email correspondence to better understand the situation.

a month agoWe flew in with a R22 helicopter. The night crew did a really good job. A quick and fast service during the night, refueling and payment in less than 20min. Definitely a FBO to plan a XC👍 See you next time.
