a year agoI have trained twice at this facility. The facility is an old-fashioned building that makes you feel the history of Pan Am. As for flight simulators, they are so worn out that glitches happen from time to time. However, the maintenance people are also working hard, so I am grateful for that. The store that was once on the second floor is no more. Please note that it has moved to another location.

2 years agoRidiculous how they tried to double deduct from our creditcard. When they had no authorisation to do so. As a professional aviation academy with such a big name, this came as quite a shock for us. They owe a refund on a 777 rating that has been a battle to get out of them. Even though we were told it would be actioned. Take your money elsewhere. We will now have to get a new bank card as we had to block our card due to them trying to double deduct

3 years agoBeen there for the ATP-CTP. Had a excellent experience. The level of professionalism and courtesy of the company was very high from day one. Mrs Amparo was both my teacher and my instructor, along with Jose and Erik. Amparo made the classes both instructive and entertaining. I would strongly recommend PanAm for anyone's training and Amparo as the instructor. Side note: loved the historic photos on the walls.
