I can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of my father and for being so thoughtful with me and my family. The whole process was smooth, and the team was very professional. Lisa checked on my father’s health every day and seemed to truly care, while the nurse, Joseph, who had to communicate with the rest of my Portuguese-speaking family, actually became friends with them. Their professionalism and compassion deeply touched me, and I’m so grateful to have been able to count on them during such a difficult time. Outstanding Emergency Air Transport Service! I can’t say enough good things about the incredible service provided by Trinity Air Ambulance when my sister-in-law needed urgent medical transport from Mexico to the United States. From the first phone call, their team was professional, compassionate, and highly efficient. They coordinated every detail seamlessly, and with the added stress of Hurricane Helene it was imperative that we move her quickly!! They kept us informed every step of the way, tracking the flight and sending screen shots of exactly where they were, which was such a relief during a very stressful time. The medical staff onboard were not only skilled but also incredibly caring, making sure my sister-in-law was comfortable and safe throughout the entire flight. Their top-notch equipment and attention to detail ensured that she received the best possible care during transport. They arranged for the ground transportation on both ends and were in contact with the hospital she was being transferred to, well which was one less task we had to worry about! Thanks to Trinity she arrived safely and is now receiving the treatment she needs. We will be forever grateful for their quick response, professionalism, and compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency medical transport. I will also note that this is a family owned business and the genuine care on concern was quite evident, it was so nice to speak with one of the owners who also happens to be a RN and not some kid at a call center. I learned so much through this experience after speaking with probably a dozen other Air Ambulance companies and reading hundreds or reviews, don’t wast any of your precious moments during such a critical event when you need to move someone you love quickly requiring medial attention. They also have the capability of flying at Sea Level which thankfully was not required for this situation but know that it’s available should you need it!!

True professionals that handled every aspect of our transport. We were in a small Caribbean island--the response we received was immediate and the flight was scheduled right away. I will definitely call upon Trinity Air Ambulance again if we are ever in need of assistance.

I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful service we received from the Trinity Air Ambulance International Team last year March 2023 and July 2024 when my Sister and my Husband was medivac from U.S Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Cuba to Jamaica. Both my Husband and Sister praised the kindness and professionalism of the nurses on board, Lisa, Kristye, Arlene and the rest of the team. The Team demonstrated a highly caring and professional approach to the patient under their care, and this reassured me that my sister and husband was under the best care possible for the duration of the flight. How reassuring. Even more reassuring was the communication from the team on the day of the flight, keeping me informed of the progress all the way, from takeoff to arrival in Jamaica to the ground ambulance pickup that night, the communication was outstanding!
