I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful service we received from the Trinity Air Ambulance International Team last year March 2023 and July 2024 when my Sister and my Husband was medivac from U.S Naval Station Guantanamo Bay Cuba to Jamaica. Both my Husband and Sister praised the kindness and professionalism of the nurses on board, Lisa, Kristye, Arlene and the rest of the team. The Team demonstrated a highly caring and professional approach to the patient under their care, and this reassured me that my sister and husband was under the best care possible for the duration of the flight. How reassuring. Even more reassuring was the communication from the team on the day of the flight, keeping me informed of the progress all the way, from takeoff to arrival in Jamaica to the ground ambulance pickup that night, the communication was outstanding! Thank you for your professional and compassionate service! We sincerely appreciate all that you all have done for our family.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but Trinity was an absolute life saver for my uncle. We were stuck in the Dominican Republic and my uncle was in critical condition and I was told a lot of things concerning what we could and could not do in terms of transport. I talked to Thomas from Trinity and he shared what the plan could be and asked specifically what was going on with my uncle. He was very kind and shared the best information I could have received about what I could expect. After this, their team truly helped us in ways I couldn’t have imagined by helping my uncle get admitted to a great hospital in south Florida that has helped my uncle recovery quickly. I went from a desperate situation to being in the best hands possible. I could not recommend Trinity Air Ambulance more. It was in the midst of one of the scariest moments of my life that they came in and helped make things easy and smooth. Highly recommend. I talked to more than a dozen different options and got quotes and more information and Trinity was the best by far. If you’re having trouble finding the right option look no further!
